Privacy Statement

This privacy statement explains which personal data the PM² GROUP processes when you visit pm2group.eu or contact us, why we do so, and what your rights are. It was last updated on 16 September 2026.

Who we are

The PM² GROUP website is operated by The PM2 Group B.V., which is responsible for processing your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process and why

Contact form. Your name, e-mail address and message, so that we can answer your question. We do this because you ask us to (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions about PM² (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Certificate and social badge requests. Your name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, and the details of your CoEPM² certification, so that we can verify your certification and issue a PM² GROUP certificate and social badge (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Accreditation requests. The contact details and information you provide about your organisation, so that we can inform you about accreditation and handle your application (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
E-mail. We only send you e-mails that relate to your request, unless you have given us permission to send other messages. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the link in each message.
Website visits. Our web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics. If you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how the website is used, so that we can improve it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). See Cookies below.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with parties that help us run this website and handle your requests, and only as far as that is necessary:

ActiveCampaign provides the forms on this website and stores what you submit in them.
Google provides the fonts used on this website (Google Fonts) and, if you accept them, the website statistics (Google Analytics). Because the fonts are loaded from Google, your browser connects to Google when a page loads, which means Google receives your IP address.
Our hosting provider stores the website and the server logs in the Netherlands.

Some of these parties are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We may also share personal data when the law requires us to.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Where the law requires us to keep data longer, for example for our financial records, we do so.

How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access. This website is only available over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict its processing, object to its processing, or receive your data in a machine-readable format. Where we process data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, e-mail info@pm2group.eu. We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please let us know. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This website uses the following cookies:

_ga and _ga_HV5NMVF9HS (pm2group.eu, Google Analytics): distinguish visitors and sessions, so that we can see how the website is used. These cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner, and are kept for up to two years.
__cf_bm (activehosted.com, ActiveCampaign): set when a form loads, to protect the form against automated abuse. This cookie expires after 30 minutes.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not show advertisements.

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser for 12 months, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; if you decline, the Google Analytics cookies are removed. You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. The website works the same whether you accept or decline.
